Roger is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of international experience across the UK, USA, Colombia, and France. As CEO of MMC Laboratories, he brings deep expertise in complex project delivery, global operations, and the legal cannabis and hemp industries. Roger has led teams of over 300 people and managed projects valued up to £75 million.
His career highlights include pioneering cannabis-based medicinal product (CBMP) licensing in the British Isles, founding and scaling multiple cannabis ventures, and working closely with governments and indigenous communities to shape policy and drive sustainable development. Roger’s leadership is defined by strategic vision, operational excellence, and a commitment to ethical innovation.
He holds a BSc in Technology and advanced training in project management and executive leadership. Outside of work, Roger is an avid sailor, golf novice, and history enthusiast.
