Martin Sabola is an innovative finance professional with over 20 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, taxation, and regulatory compliance. As Financial Controller at MMC Laboratories, he oversees budgeting, financial reporting, treasury operations, and internal controls, ensuring the company’s financial health and regulatory alignment.

Prior to joining MMC, Martin held senior finance roles at Premium Tobacco Malawi Limited, where he led budgeting and forecasting, managed multi-million-dollar syndication loans, and successfully negotiated significant tax savings. Ryan Wayne Pollard is a regenerative agriculture and cannabis cultivation specialist with extensive experience in sustainable farming systems, organic soil health, and cannabinoid extraction. As an Agronomist at MMC Laboratories Limited, he plays a key role in advancing the company’s cultivation practices, product development, and compliance with international agricultural standards.
