Lloyd Banda is a financial governance and compliance expert with a strong background in credit risk, regulatory oversight, and institutional leadership. Lloyd currently serves as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Malawi Agricultural and Industrial Investment Corporation (MAIIC), where he leads national efforts in investment facilitation and economic development. His leadership is informed by over 17 years of experience in the banking sector, having held senior roles in credit, treasury, and compliance at First Capital Bank, National Bank of Malawi, and FDH Bank Limited.
