Dr. Brian Tempest is a globally recognized pharmaceutical executive with over 50 years of leadership experience in the life sciences industry. As Chairman of MMC Laboratories, he brings a legacy of driving international growth, having led Ranbaxy Laboratories from a $1 million enterprise to a $2 billion global pharmaceutical powerhouse.
Dr. Tempest has held senior executive roles at GSK, Pfizer, Sanofi, and Sun Pharmaceuticals, and has been instrumental in expanding pharmaceutical markets across Europe, the USA, and Asia. He currently serves on multiple boards and advisory panels across the UK, Switzerland, India, and Oman, and is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Generic Medicines.
He holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry, an honorary DSc in Pharmacy, and is a Fellow of both the Royal Society of Chemistry and the Royal Society of Medicine.
